Presidential race still undecided
Who is our next president? We still don't know! The counting continues to go on and now in addition to the counting process there are lawsuits from the Trump campaign to have both recounts and to stop counting in states where Trump is ahead. The Biden campaign will also likely use legal means to try to gain more votes as well if Biden appears to be behind at some point. In any case at time Biden is ahead, with Michigan just now being declared for the democratic candidate. Wisconsin also went for Biden yesterday, which is pushing him a lot closer to the 270 electoral votes needed. The democratic candidate appears to have 264 votes this morning, which is only 6 less than needed to declare victory. On the other hand it is also clear that the Trump campaign will use all possible legal means to gain as many votes as possible, so the election may go on for a few more days. Currently in the some states and counties tens of thousands of votes are still being examined by hundreds of workers who have been doing their jobs all night, counting all of the ballots that were received before 7 PM on Tuesday. The states that are still counting include Alaska, Nevada, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia. When will it all end? We don't yet know.
Question: do you think the extended election is good or bad for the USA?
