Vaccine is almost ready to go!

Pfizer vaccine ready to be approved tomorrow!

The Food and Drug Administration, a branch of the federal government, will meet tomorrow to hopefully approve the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine.  According to reports it looks likely the vaccine, which has a 95% success rate, will be approved by the FDA. This means health care workers and elderly people could start receiving the vaccine next week! As we mentioned in an earlier article, the Pfizer vaccine needs to be stored at a very cold temperature. At first health care workers will be vaccinated, with nursing home residents following. Then in the spring other adults and finally children, the least vulnerable population, will get the vaccine by summer. There are other vaccines being readied as well. So it finally looks like the beginning of the end of the pandemic is in sight!

Question: who do you think should receive the vaccine first in your family?
