An electric car for $900?

The 2020 Changli EV is the cheapest electric car you can get and it works!

The 2020 Changli Nemeca is a Chinese car that costs only $900 and is fully electric. It is a tiny car that can fit in the back of a truck and can only go about 25 miles per hour, so it is not legal for driving on the highway in the United States. When fully charged it has a range of 23 miles, so it can't even drive to Chicago from Waukegan on one charge. But does work pretty well for such a tiny and inexpensive vehicle. It goes to show that electric cars don't need to be expensive and hgh end!

Question: would you spend $900 to buy an electric vehicle?
