Girl risks her life to save 10K bulldog

A young woman working in pet shop stops thieves from stealing 10K bulldog by clinging to the hood of their getaway vehicle.

Alizee James
Alizee James is a 21 year old young woman that works in at a pet store in Texas. There are many rare and very expensive breeds in the store, including bulldogs. Alizee loves dogs and truly enjoys caring for them. When two people entered the store and aggressively demanded that they leave with a dog that day, Alizee became concerned about the dog they looked at, which was a $10,000 female bulldog puppy which had just had surgery. When a UPS delivery arrived Alizee was distracted from the couple for a moment. The couple suddenly grabbed the dog and ran out of the store. Alizee chased them to their car and tried to stop them from stealing the dog , but couldn't prevent them from getting the dog in the car. The brave young woman then jumped on the hood of the vehicle which sped off with Alizee holding onto the front of the car. After ten minutes the driver stopped the vehicle and began hitting her, but she fought back and escaped. Although Ms. James chose a very dangerous and perhaps not the best choice in terms of saving the puppy, she was clearly very courageous and strong. I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does what Alizee did, but she proved her courage and tenacity in this incident. The young woman who stole the dog is now arrested and is being held on $15,000 bond. The bulldog puppy was returned and is now safe.

Question: How do you feel about the choice Alizee James made to save the stolen puppy?
